MNC is an abbreviation for a multinational corporation. A multinational corporation is a company which produces goods and services. It has offices in several other countries, while a global corporation is a company which also has trade relations with numerous other countries. MNC's generally pay local workers a lower salary rate than global companies.
MNC's have official headquarters, but global companies do not. MSN's are comprised of self-governing units, which are parts of one parent or global company. Global companies present the same product and image all the way through, while MNC's will adjust products and vision to cater to the needs of the host countries. An excellent example of a global company is McDonald's, which has stores in most parts of the world.
