These are both camera models that people may consider when they want to have a camera that they will use properly. The H10 comes with 8 megapixels and H20 comes with 10 megapixels. Some say that these two cameras may not be as new as the cameras that are available right now but they are still very useful for people who would like to use point and shoot cameras.
The H10 is obviously the older model while the H20 comes with a new style that will make it easier to manipulate as compared to the H10. One advantage that the H10 may have over the H20 is that it can be connected to a flash drive.

The H20 is the descendant to the H10 on Sony's cyber shot line of cameras. The most significant distinction between the two cameras is the sensor which is being used on each of them. The H20 is equipped with a 10-megapixel sensor while the H10 only has an 8-megapixel sensor.
The H20 has a redesigned exterior, which made it a lot easier for users to manipulate the camera compared to the H10. You can connect an external flash on the H10 but not on the H20.
