What is the difference between OEM and Retail Windows?

OEM stands for Oracle Enterprise Manager. It is a computer application, and its main objective is to manage any software which is expressly produced by the Oracle corporation. There are three major releases of the OEM applications. The releases include The Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control.

Retail Windows is the most well-known series of software operating systems and GUI's in the world and has numerous variations. Among the most notable are Windows XP and Windows Vista. The retail editions of Windows were initially designed to use windows recently without a network connection. It did not contain any of the security features.
