What are cleats? These are placed on the outside portion of the sole. The main purpose of this is to make sure that the player will be stable while moving around. Cleats can be found in the shoes of both Soccer and Lacrosse players.

The Lacrosse cleat comes with a toe cleat, which means that it can provide the right amount of support for the feet. Soccer cleats are also known to be longer and are also heavier. If you would check the number of spikes that the cleats for these two different sports have, you will notice that soccer cleats will have fewer spikes as compared to the lacrosse cleats.
