A Noodle is a class of food that is made from dough which can be cooked by boiling it in liquid. Noodles exist in different varieties because they are made from different food materials like rice, wheat, potato, beans, acorn, and buckwheat. It should be noted that there are different ways of cooking noodles, and basically, it depends on the type of noodles you want to cook. We have some which need to be dried or refrigerated before you can start cooking them.

There are various ways of cooking noodles; you can cook them by boiling, blanching, by deep-frying and by stir-frying. Chow Mien, on the other hand, is a type of food made with noodles. And that is the similarity between noodles and chow mien. The difference is that; chow mien is just another way of cooking noodles. Chow mien is made by stir-frying noodles in which different flavorings are added together with ingredients like egg, chicken, pork, etc.
