How do people celebrate Eid al-Adha?

Eid-al Adha is the second of two Islamic holidays celebrated worldwide each year. Eid-al Adha is the holier of the two. It incorporates gift-giving, festive meals, Eid prayers in the Mosque, animal sacrifice, charity, and social gatherings into a four-day event marking the end of the fast of Ramadan.

The meat of the goat, sheep, or cow is divided into three parts. There is an enormous feast, and there is always an excessive amount of food, with enough left over to give to the needy or the poor.
