While a child is given birth to, the intake of milk is very important as this helps in the growth and bones formation of a child. However, the Enfamil newborn and the Enfamil infant formula are two stages of nutrition for newly growing children, and it is many at times an issue for parents to differentiate between these two stages. The Enfamil newborn formula provides the suitable needs for children that are just newly given birth to, while the Enfamil infant formula will be more suitable for children that are already some months old.

Though depending on the particular child involves in the scene, it is suggested that one should study and may even need to change in making the choice of either formula to use. Early milestones like focusing are supported by the Enfamil newborn; while older milestones such as grasping information can be addressed by the Enfamil infant.

Whenever a new mother gives birth, she may be confused with how to care for her new baby. She is not experienced in making decisions for her newborn. She may not know what to do. One of the main things is food and feeding. She may be indecisive when it comes to whether she should breastfeed or use formula. If she uses formula, different stages may sound similar.

For instance, with the brand Enfamil, they have two distinct stages for very young babies. They have Enfamil newborn and Enfamil infant. Both sound like they are for the same age. The mother may not know which one to use. The difference is that Enfamil newborn is for when the baby is born. The next stage is the Enfamil infant.
