Buddhism and Sikhism are two different forms of religion. Buddhism dates back to the 15th century. Buddhism focuses on the life and teachings of Gautama Buddha, who is believed to be the Enlightened one. Sikhism revolves around the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev and ten successive Gurus.

According to Buddhism, a person achieves salvation through practicing vipassana and samadhi meditations. Those who worship Sikhism believe that a person can obtain salvation if he worships God, performs good deeds, and does community service. They also maintain that a person should fight the five evils, which include anger, ego, greed, attachment, and lust.

Buddhism is accepted in Sri Lanka, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. Sikhism is usually practiced in Punjab in India. The concepts of Buddhism involve rebirth and freedom from suffering. The concepts of Sikhism encompass good versus evil.

There are many religions practiced around the world. Two of them are Buddhism and Sikhism. Buddhism is a nontheistic religion, while Sikhism is monotheistic. Buddha is the founder of Buddhism, and this religion dates back to 2500 years ago. Sikhism dates back to the 15th century when Guru Nanak Dev founded it.
