The correct answer isGa(OH) 3.This formula was discovered in 1875 by French chemist Paul-Emile Lecoq. Also, know as Gallium Trihydroxide, Gallium (III) hydroxide is formed as a gel. This happens when ammonia is added to GA 3+ salts. Gallium (III) hydroxide is also in nature as the mineral sohngeite.

This mineral contains gallium atoms. Traces can also be found in byproducts of burning coal, diaspore, and bauxite. It also has the ability to become an ion in strongly acidic conditions. The molar mass is 120.745 and melting near room temperature, Gallium has one of the largest liquid ranges.
