Aikido and Hapkido are two types of fighting styles. Although both aikido and Hapkido are related in some ways, they still have a lot of differences. Aikido is a fighting style that belongs to the Japanese martial arts, while Hapkido belongs to the Korean martial arts.

Hapkido style of fighting was founded by Choi yung sul, while Morehi Usheba founded aikido. One of the significant differences between aikido and Hapkido is largely on the various philosophies and the techniques used by the aikido and Hapkido.

One exciting thing about the two types of fighting styles is that the two martial arts teach their students for a defensive fight; this means, you can only defend with both aikido and Hapkido. However, Hapkido seems to have more attacking moves than aikido. So, instead of supporting all the time, you can still make use of the attacking moves to inflict pains on your opponent.
