Beer and wine are two functional beverages that can be used to cook and taken as a drink when pleased. But their meanings have to be better understood to differentiate between them. Though they are both liquids that can serve the same purpose, they differ in some ways, like their health contributions, alcohol concentration depending on the kind of beer or wine, and probably their ingredients.

Beer and wine are two functional beverages that can be used to cook and taken as a drink when
Wine is an alcoholic beverage gotten from fermented grape juice; while beers are extracted from grains of cereals like rice, wheat, millet, malts, and even maize. Another form of flowers added to beers as preservatives are called Hops. Beer is considered to be the first and oldest form of beverage, which has been discovered since 9000 BC, while wine was just invented around 6000 BC. Thus, wine is a substitute form of alcoholic beverage to beer. Wines are usually taken at formal or royal gatherings. But beers have been abusively considered a beverage that can be taken anyhow. Some people abuse the take of beers as they make it in excess, and it ends up intoxicating them, which can further lead to abnormal actions.
