Apex and Apex Lite are both Aqua controller devices from Neptune Systems. Apex Lite is the contemporary version of the Apex Aqua Controller System, and Apex has four covariant speed ports, whereas Apex Lite does not. Apex system has more functionality than the Apex Lite system. The Apex system maintains the controlling of Tunze pumps or lighting fixtures, but Apex Lite does not support these functions. Apex gives support to the three probes, whereas Apex Lite supports only two probes. Apex Lite is less expensive, but Apex has more capabilities. Apex is a strongly typed, object-oriented programming terminology that allows developers to execute flow and transaction control statements on Salesforce servers in conjunction with calls to the APT. The Apex Lite module is configured to support only the probes; tempt one probe (PH or ORP). The Apex Lite system only comes with a single temp probe. Additional probes are needed to make Apex Lite like the base system. They should be purchased separately.
