Bharatnatyam is known to be a type of dance that comes from Tamil Nadu. Kuchipudi is also known as a type of dance but this originates from a different area, namely in Andhra Pradesh. Bharatnatyam is known to be a unique dance form because this will still do the ancient dance forms that used to be available right now.
