RBBB and LBBB are the short forms of Right Bundle Branch Block, and Left Bundle Branch Block, respectively. RBBB and LBBB are considered when talking about a condition known as a heart attack. Heart attack can be as a result of Right Bundle Branch Block and it can be caused by Left Bundle Branch Block. Bundle branches simply mean branches of the heart that conduct electric impulse to other parts of the body. This electric impulse can be transferred through the right branches or the left branches.

RBBB and LBBB are the short forms of Right Bundle Branch Block, and Left Bundle Branch Block,
The simple way to distinguish between RBBB and LBBB is by using any medical instrument that can be used to figure out the cause of heart attack in a patient. An example of an instrument that can be used is electrocardiogram. This will help to know and understand the heart waves, whether they are moving the way they should. Another thing is, a heart attack is easy to diagnosed if it is caused RBBB, but it can be very diagnosed if it is caused by LBBB.
