Dizziness is the state of being dizzy. When a person is said to be dizzy, it's as if the person is spinning around or losing balance. It is possible for a person to experience tinnitus and vertigo when dizzy. Vertigo is the sense or feeling of whirling and loss of balance, while tinnitus is the perception of noise in the ear.
