While real estate agents do not have any qualifications, they have complete knowledge of real estate law. Real estate agents have less responsibility in a brokerage firm as compared to brokers. Real estate agents earn less income, whereas brokers make more profit in the form of commissions and other payments.
Marketing opportunities are abundant with real estate agents. Real estate agents can't run a property management company, as they do not have the required licensing. On the other hand, brokers are qualified and licensed to do so
