They both have many similarities between them including that they are both strong and relieve major pain. They are taken by mouth. These drugs should not be taken sooner than every three hours.

If you have a low tolerance to pain, then these medications are great for that type of people. These two medications do also have some differences including that Roxicodone is more addictive than Roxicet. Roxicet can also hurt the liver. Each contains the same ingredients except for two ingredients. Oxycodone is in Roxicodone and acetaminophen is in Roxicet.
