Most times, people find it difficult to differentiate between Kung Fu and karate, this is because, both are types of fights with different fighting skills, moves, and steps, but when you see people engaging in both Kung Fu and karate, you will think they are the same. Kung Fu is a type of fight that belongs to the Chinese, and karate belongs to the Ryukyu kingdom in Japan.

It will interest you to know that, contrary to whatever information you might have had about Kung Fu, it is not just a fight but it was primarily a form of spiritual exercise, but people are now learning the skill so as to be able to defend themselves. Karate, on the other hand, is a pure fighting skill from the Japanese art of fighting. Both Kung Fu and karate differ in their movements. In Kung Fu, you strike your opponent using circular movements, while karate uses linear movements. Kung Fu also has more fighting skills than karate.
