Ground coffee and instant coffee may seem similar to each other, but instant coffee may be processed more as compared to ground coffee. For example, ground coffee is made out of coffee beans ground to a specific size. Instant coffee has already been processed to be in powder form.

Ground coffee can be considered to be healthier as long as you will not add too much sugar to it. You can also make your own ground coffee at home provided that you have a grinder. Most instant coffee can be purchased straight from the grocery store.
