What is the difference between Minister and Pastor?

The minister is said to be the spiritual leader of the church. He is in charge of making sure that people understand the lessons that are taught to the people who have attended the church. The pastor may be someone who will discuss the word of the Lord in detail, but it does not mean that he is the spiritual leader of the church.

He can make people listen to him so that people will understand the lessons that are being taught to those who have attended, but it does not mean that the pastor will be held accountable for the actions of those who visit the church services.
