Ayurveda is known to be an ancient health system, and it is still being practiced in different parts of the world right now as one of the healing systems that people can use properly. Various medicines are used for this type of healing system. Two of these are the ghavanati and the tablet.

Ghavanati is small, and it is almost the size of the pea. This has to be chewed first before it can be swallowed. The tablet is different because it does not need to be chewed. It can just be swallowed to avoid the bitter taste of the tablet. The way that these two medications are prepared are also very different.
