The correct answer to this question is when they already have Citrix for other applications in remote centers. Citrix was founded in 1989 by businessman Ed lacobucci, who was also the CEO. This software is apart of cloud computing and computer software.

The purpose of Citrix is to allow for remote access for operating systems for Microsoft. It wants to enrich the users experience and as of 2016, there were 400,000 users of Citrix. It has a number of applications including XenApp and XenDesktop. To become experts in Citrix. IT can complete a number of certifications, including Certified Associate, Certified Professional, and Certified Expert.
