The 30-day sex challenge is a challenge set by a minister to get the couples to communicate with each other. The minister found that this was the best way to get his congregational couples to communicate with each other. It seemed that they were not communicating. However, the goal is not to have sex all the time, but it is to relate to your partner more.
The challenge was given to both married members of the church and the unmarried members to abstain. Each day presents a different thing about what the couple should do sexually. Sometimes, it may be difficult for couples to have sex that often, primarily if they work or have children. They may not find that they have enough time.
