What are your opinions about Polygamy?

My opinions about polygamy will generally be based on the results and experiences I have gained from people who practice the system of marriage. Polygamy is a system of marriage in which a spouse is getting married to more than one partner at a time. Mostly, the term is used to explain a man getting married to more than one wife. It should be noted that polygamy is good only when you have the resources to manage the relationship, and you must be a matured person in every aspect before getting married to multiple wives.

It is a common practice today, to see people who are financially handicapped to be having more than one wives, probably because their religion tells them to do so. Most of them do not have enough resources to cater for the needs of their wives, including the children, and the consequences of this action are turning into many societal problems today. I usually don't support polygamy because most men do not have what it takes to manage it. It is also a common thing to see wives fighting one another and this can create a lot of problems in the family.
