The Alabama Abortion Ban law has been temporarily blocked last October, but people cannot help but wonder for how long this would be blocked. The main reason for this is because of the “heartbeat bill.”

This means that abortion will already be illegal the moment that the doctor is able to detect a heartbeat from the fetus. This can occur in as little as eight weeks. This can be hard for some women because some of them are not even aware that they are already pregnant at that time.

They feel that they are being stopped from having the right to decide what they are going to do with their lives.

The main reason for the Alabama abortion law as explained is that, it will put an end to the alarming rate at which people are performing abortion. Unborn babies are human information and they should be treated with love and not killing them. Alabama state is unarguably one of two states with stringent law on abortion in the United States. A lot of reactions have trailed the recently passed bill on abortion by the Alabama state legislature. The law specifically restricts women from performing abortion.

The Alabama abortion ban is considered to be the strictest one because women carrying pregnancy as a result of rapes are not also privileged to abort the pregnancy. Meanwhile, the law made on abortion does not criminalize women but rather those doctors who are performing the abortion. However, contrary to the misinformation going around, the Alabama abortion ban has not actually taken effect until it is judged by the Supreme Court.
