AICC and SCORM are both related to e-learning. AICC means Aviation Industry Computer-Based Training Committee and SCORM means Sharable Content Object Reference Model. AICC is based more on the CD-ROM way of learning. It will send HTTP messages and get the responses after.

For SCORM, this focuses more on sharing different files easily among the learners. Instead of having to download really large files in order to start learning, the details may be placed in .zip files that can be opened and checked. The use of these tools has made it easier for different companies who would like to integrate e-learning into their system.
