Adipexs and Phentermines are both prescribed as weight loss drugs. The difference between them is that phentermines is a generic version of adipexs. Though it is generic, it is still the most common prescribed drug for weight loss.

Phentermines has been around since 1959 and it is the first diet pill that the FDA approved of. Phentermines comes in a variety of pill strengths, while apidex only comes in 37.5 mg formulation. Both can come in different forms, including pills and capsules. They can both have side effects including dry mouth, high blood pressure, and an increase in heart rate.
