The correct answer to this question is cos x. The identity sin A − sin B = 2 cos ½(A + B) sin ½(A − B) is used to help solve this derivative. With this identity, we can solve in (x + h) − sin x = Derivative of sin x, Before the derivative can be solved, the lemma must be solved.
