ACDC is considered to be sexist for several reasons. One is due to the lyrics in their songs that often refer to females in sexually based ways. It is somewhat insulting to many females. Another reason is that there are no females within the band and there never have been. Many bands have females or would at least consider one but ACDC is not one of those.

So, for those reasons, the band is said by many to be sexist. Maybe they are. All signs point that way. But then again, they are certainly not the only band throughout history that has not had a female onboard and who have sexually based songs about females.
