Claustrophobia is a fear of an enclosed space or fear of being put into a small place where there is no escape. claustrophobia which can be regarded as anxiety disorder can be very dangerous, but the effect differs from one person to another.

People who are claustrophobia might find it difficult to travel through subway or move through an elevator, they might even find it difficult to sit tight with other people. The condition is dangerous because it can lead a heart attack as a result of frequent panicking. Anxiety disorder is usually accompanied by a state of mental uneasiness or nervousness and when this becomes too much, it might result in dangerous medical or health issues.

Those who are claustrophobic don't usually enjoy some basic lifestyles because they will keep avoiding places that can prompt their irrational fears. Do you know if you are claustrophobic and you are confined in a room with no hope of coming out soon, it might get to a point where you would start doing nothing but crying as a result of fear that has filled up your mind.
