The word focus does not have any other full form unless you want to make it have another meaning by making each letter that formed the word focus to stand for something else entirely. Focus means to concentrate one's attention at achieving a desired goal. The word focus also have other meanings but the most important one of them to me is the one that talks about concentration.

There is nothing you are willing to know or to get that will not require your concentration, if you don't give it your attention, it means you are not ready for it. One of the most important factors that aids success is to be focus on your goals. Most businessmen understand this word better than anybody. At times what you set for is not what you will get, at that point the only thing that can keep you going is to remain focus.

Do you know that the word focus is actually used differently centuries ago? Focus is a Latin word which may refer to the hearth or the fireplace. These are places that can sometimes be considered as the center of the house. As time went on, people started to use the word focus when they want to concentrate on a certain location.

As time went by further, the word focus started to be used as something that needs to be looked into. This is why you can use the word focus when you would like to concentrate on your studies or when you are playing sports. There may be different meanings of the word when used in other industries.

The word focus does not have any other full form. It is not an acronym for any expression. Focus simply means to concentrate on a particular goal or work or series of action for a particular period of time without entertaining any form of distraction. Focus also means to put one's undivided attention into something you are doing.

The word focus always goes hand in hand with commitment, the two words are somewhat synonymous. The term is mostly used in business, especially when someone is advising another person on what being focused can do to one's business. It is a necessary virtue an entrepreneur must have in order to achieve a set goal.

Also, the word focus is mostly used in academics particularly to students. That is why you would see a teacher encouraging his students to be more focused on their academics so that they could become somebody great in life.
