Disbarment of lawyer is a heavy sanction that can be imposed on any lawyer for professional and ethical misconduct. The punishment pronounces that the affected lawyer is unfit to be called a lawyer. A lawyer can get disbarred as a result of many reasons. A lawyer can be disbarred if he disobey or violate a court order, they call it willful disobedience and violation of court order. A lawyer can be disbarred if he violates his oath as an attorney.
