Why do the citizens of the USA still love Obama so much?

It is not just the citizens of the USA who love Obama but people throughout the world. We long for pure and unblemished heroes to be in power, not the over-privileged, self-seeking figures who often get there.

Obama is a gifted orator but his messages are simple and easy to follow, moreover his way of life with his loving nuclear family and modest beginnings endear him to the majority. His charisma does help, of course!
