Morocco is a very underrated country. Many people don’t think of Morocco when they want to plan a vacation. They also don’t think of their cuisine as being great. However, it is. It is very diverse which may be why it is so underrated. Morocco is a city that has a strong history. Their food is a mixture of Mediterranean and European.

There are many spices in their food like saffron. They often serve beef and lamp in their dishes. They are known for their couscous. They include olives and potatoes in their dishes as well.
