Bill Clinton was named William Jefferson Blythe II at the time of his birth. He was born in Hope, Arkansas on August 19, 1946. Unfortunately, his father died a few months before he was born in some sort of accident. This caused a lot of problems for his family. His mother went to school and he stayed with his grandparents when this was going on.

Bill Clinton was named William Jefferson Blythe II at the time of his birth. He was born in Hope,
Then his mother remarried. It was believed that there were issues with her first marriage. A rumor was that her first husband was still married to another woman at the time. Anyway, she remarried and Bill’s stepfather’s last name was Clinton. So, in the middle of his childhood he took the name Clinton as his last name.
