Jackie Chan is the son of parents who fled the Chinese Civil War. They brought their son up with honesty and integrity which still shnes through in his life today. He began singing, acting, and performing gymnastic moves at a very young age but was never very good in school as far as his studies went. Jackie Chan has always had a love for martial arts. He started learning when he was young and continued into a more formal learning once he started his acting career.

When Chan got out of school, he pursued his acting. He was in some minor roles and also did stunts. His stunts began to get him noticed. With the passing of Bruce Lee, he caught a break and was in some big name movies and got his formal induction into the big time. He is now one of the most recognizable faces in the world and is the fifth top paid actor in the world. Jackie Chan is worth 350 million dollars. Still, he is very humble and is a nice person. He has a family which he loves dearly. Now, in his early 60s, he is still acting and doing martial arts.
