Estrogen is needed in all women. As a matter of fact, it is produced on women’s bodies. It can also be found in men’s bodies only after testosterone that they produced has turned into estrogen. It is important not to take too much estrogen or it could cause cancer. There are other effects that estrogen has on the female body. These include controlling the menstrual cycle and causing problems with the heart and blood.

It also affects either good or bad the breasts, skin and brain. One effect that estrogen has on the body especially in women is that their muscles might become tense. So, instead of making muscles softer, they could actually make them tighter. However, estrogen should be taken in moderation if you are taking it externally.
