There are hundreds and thousands of support groups for anorexia patients all over the U.S. To know the nearest one to your current location, I would suggest asking your psychiatrist because he is guaranteed to know about a support group close to you. If you don’t have a psychiatrist I would suggest you to get one because therapy is the only feasible way to deal with anorexia.
If there is no anorexia support group near your location, you can always call the National Eating Disorders Association Helpline for therapeutic help. Their number is 1-800-931-2237. The helpline is available from 9 am to 9 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9 am to 5 pm on Fridays. You can also message them as NEDA to 741741.
