There are some very useful tips we can all take and integrate into our life from the health and fitness industry, exercise and nutrition wise. In fact, some people are indeed so unhealthy that to adopt such a lifestyle for a period of time could make them healthier and fitter.

Some people actually do love weight training. They love exercise classes, yoga, and they enjoy eating the same foods day in, day out. But the majority of people don’t want to be a part of it. It depends whether you mean that 'fitness' is appearing in the media too often or perhaps people are advising you to achieve it more often than you would like? Fitness would be overrated as a concept if it kept being advocated when people were already fit.

If people are lacking in energy, avoiding any exercise and have slack muscles then they may invite suggestions to improve fitness from those closest to them. It is easy to look around and find people less fit than yourself and therefore to excuse any unfit symptoms you may have. I'd say, look to the best of what you'd like to be as your guide, not the worst.
