How good is Indian Railways?

Let us consider how good Indian Railways really does their job. There is no doubt that the Indian Railways is still the primary system of travel for people traveling throughout India. Indian Railways is one of the most affordable means of travel of people. It is really the transportation of the common people.

Indian Railways can be good depending on the class that you are planning to purchase. For example, if you choose the more expensive class or ONE A, then you are guaranteed to have a very smooth and comfortable ride no matter where you need to go.

If you choose the least expensive seat which is also known as the UR/GEN, there is no guarantee that you are going to be comfortable. This can be hard especially if you are going to travel long distances. There are some people who would need to stand for a long time. Sometimes, for the whole duration of the train ride because they do not have a seat.
