There were over two hundred battles in the American Revolutionary War. For the most part, George Washington played a part in all of them to an extent.

However, no one can be at every single battle since they are being fought all over the country and some of them are at the same time. A person couldn’t travel to each battle and be there when it started because they took place too close together and they were located too far apart.

However, George Washington had his hand in all of them except for maybe the first few. The battles of Lexington and Concord took place actually before the war began, so Washington did not direct them. After that, he was in charge of the Continental Army and gave them instructions.
