Although balding is often looked at as a normal part of ageing, there are reasons behind this and things you can do which can cause it to either slow down or speed up. Many people who have hair loss experience it because of genetics. Your familial genetics play an important part of determining when and if you will start to bald.

Losing hair is a normal thing that happens to everyone every day, but as you age less and less of these hairs will grow back or will grow back slower. As your hair begins to gray, it will become more coarse and dry which will then be at a greater risk of damage and breakage.
