Buddhism is a form of religion that allows for the ability to be reincarnated or to “come back.” Nirvana is a term which is a state of freedom from suffering. It is a term that means different things to different Buddhists. Technically, it is the perpetual state of being extinguished.

The cycle of rebirth and suffering continues until achieving the state of nirvana. When all craving for anything that remotely pertains to greediness or egocentricity is eradicated, then one can truly be delivered from the cycle of birth and death. In psychological terms, it refers to a kind of transformed state of soul, body, and mind. It is a unique spiritual journey towards enlightenment.
