Hyperparathyroidism

* Wermers syndrome * Manifestation: o Hyperparathyroidism * o Pancreatic tumours o Pituitary adenoma o Carcinoid tumours o Adrenal adenomas o Subcutaneous lipomas o Facial angiofibromas o Collagenomas * Less than 1% of pituitary tumours * Gene mutations: menin * Screen for ZES. If positive, screen for MEN1
