The answer is all of the above based on the choices in Understanding California Medication Regulations Module 6. When you need to refill a medication, you should make it a habit to inspect first the container if all the information from the name to the dosage is correct.

If the medications are centrally stored, you will need to log in and record it in the LIC 622 and make sure that your centrally stored medications were safely locked before you get your refill. If there are changes in your prescriptions, for example, who will be paying or claiming the medications, always talk and discuss these to a resident doctor or pharmacist.
