Inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery

The inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery does not supply the stomach. All of the other arteries supply the stomach. Gastrocolostomy is used to establish a communication between the stomach and colon, bypassing the small inte st tne when the patient has Crohns disease (inflammation disease) and small bowel obstruction.
