Neptune is known to be one of the most massive planets that is found in the solar system. This does not have a surface layer. The planet is known to have a lot of gases. These gases become slushy ice and also water. Take note that the water that can be found is not made only with water alone.

Rather, it is some sort of water-ammonia that stays within the mantle of this planet. Neptune is a cold planet but it is still not the coldest planet in the solar system. Still, this is a cold planet and people would not be able to live here.
