Celestial bodies, also known as heavenly bodies are natural bodies that exist outside the earth's atmosphere. Examples of celestial bodies are: Sun, Moon, Stars, Asteroids, Kuiper belt, Comets, Galaxies, other planets and Meteorite.

They form parts of the vast universe. There are billions of celestial bodies in the universe. Celestial bodies are far awat from us and we cannot see all of them with our naked eye.
