What is the first step the Salesforce Admin Must complete to set up the partner users? Universal Containers has a community for their partners. They would like to add a new partner company and grant their users access to the Community.

Does every new partner need a separate profile? If the community already exist for the partners why can't the new partner use the same profile?

If you are part of a company and use Salesforce, there may be times when you need to add more people from the company to be able to use the system.
