Earthquake is the correct answer to this question. Some people may know them to be regarded as quakes or tremors. If you start feeling the ground and walls shaking out of nowhere, more than likely, this is an Earthquake. They happen on the Earth's crust and occur at the edges of them. These edges are known as tectonic plates.

Research has shown that earthquakes are caused by the lithosphere of Earth receiving the energy that has been released. Overall, Earthquakes are very dangerous. They can cause buildings to collapse, objects to be violently thrown into the air and come flying down, and can even lead to death.

The force that people feel when two plates jerk into a new position is the earthquake. An earthquake, which is also referred to as tremor, quake, or temblor, is an act whereby the surface of the earth shakes due to a release of energy that seems sudden on the lithosphere of the earth, which creates seismic waves.

There are ranges of earthquakes. Some can actually be so weak that they will not even be felt, while some can be so strong that they can move a great landmass, and even turn a while city upside-down. The type, size, and frequency of earthquakes that are experienced over over a specific period of time is the seismic activity or seismicity of an area.

There is relatively always shaking and disruption of the solid ground when earthquake activity is taking place. Earthquakes, sometimes, can trigger landslides and volcanic activity occasionally.

The correct answer to this question is earthquake. These can also be known as temblors and quakes. A person will feel this when the Earth is shaking. This is caused by the energy being released in the lithosphere of the Earth. From there, it creates waves that are seismic.

These earthquakes can cause much damage to a physical location, such as homes and businesses. Earthquakes can also cause death, for they are sudden and can be violent enough to throw people in the air, as well as objects in the air. As they are sudden, people are not able to prepare for them ahead of time.

The correct answer to this question is Earthquake. These quakes are more likely to occur at the edges of the Earth's crust, which go by the name tectonic plates. Over time, the tectonic plates move at a slow pace. Even if the fault lines, which are the edges, get stuck, the tectonic plates will continue to move. When those edges are stuck, pressure will build up.

At the time when the pressure is strong enough, the plates will move out of nowhere and this will cause an earthquake. After an earthquake occurs, there are also aftershocks that occur, which are mini quakes after the massive earthquake. They are just as dangerous and can cause just as much damage.

When two plates jerk into a new position, an earthquake occurs. An earthquake is the jolting of the earth resulting from an abrupt release of energy in the earth's lithosphere that creates seismic waves.

Earthquakes can range in size from dangerous enough to seriously damage property or even cast their rage upon entire cities. An area's seismicity is the frequency, type, and size of earthquakes faced over a period.

Earthquakes mostly occur along geologic faults, narrow zones where rock masses shift in relation to each other. This stress is circulated in quick bursts when the plates suddenly slide into new positions. The sudden movement is what is felt as the shaking and trembling of an earthquake is in process.

There are different forces that can affect plate tectonics. Normally, the energy source for the plate’s tectonics will come from the heat coming from the core of the earth. The convection in the mantle will mean that the heat is going to be higher. The ridge push means that the gravitational force is going to come at the different spreading ridges.

The slab pull will also come from the subduction zones that are available. The type of forces that will be felt by people when the tectonic plates move can be the “ridge pull” or the “slab pull.” Aside from heat, gravity will also play a huge role in the force that will be felt.

There will be instances when the different plates will move against each other because of the continuous temperature change that may happen from the core of the earth. There will be times when the plates would move against each other or there are also times when they would be moving in separate directions.

If these plates will not move against each other, people and the rest of the living things in the world will not experience earthquakes, volcanism, and even deep−sea trenches. At the same time, there will also be fewer mountains that will be available on earth. There are always positive and negative sides to these things.
